Session 1: A Year of Overcoming

In this session, you will be given encouragement and tools to keep you pressing in to overcome the ongoing challenges in your marriage. 

Session 2: Three Dreams

In this session, you will hear three dreams the Lord gave Barry that give us a template for prioritizing our marriages: 

-Our relationship to God

-Our relationship to one another

-An ongoing mandate to keep inviting Him into our lives.

Session 3: Positioning Yourselves To Overcome

In this session, you will explore potential demonic, generational strongholds, including freemasonry, sexual abuse and satanic ritual abuse, with the help of Holy Spirit to see if these things have affected you and receive instruction on how to start breaking through these strongholds.

Session 4: Passivity Coming Against Men

This session explores cultural trends to devalue and undermine the masculine role in marriages and families, which often results in passivity in men.  In this session, men will receive encouragement to resist the temptation toward passivity and walk boldly in Godly authority and leadership.

Session 5: Sexual Enjoyment Stolen From Women

Through the power of the testimony, Lori brings hope, encouragement and impartation for a Godly perspective about sexuality for women who have little to no desire for sex.

Session 6: Sexual Sin Coming Against Marriage

This session focuses on men and gives encouragement and tools to overcome sexual sin, including pornography, fantasy and affairs, and the power that comes when their wives take on God's perspective to help their husbands overcome these sins.

Session 7: Pain, Fear and Inability To Orgasm Coming Against Women

God wants you to have healthy and enjoyable sex in your marriage.  This session brings encouragement and hope for women dealing with physical, emotional and spiritual obstacles to sexual intimacy.

Session 8: Leviathan - A Spiritual Assignment Against Communication

Most couples are surprised by how easy it is to misunderstand each other, even in simple communication.  In this session, you will learn how to deal with a spiritual reality that is often behind those misunderstandings.

Session 9: God Is Encouraging Us Sexually

In this session, Barry and Lori share some of the things they had to overcome and work through in their sexual relationship. They very vulnerably share techniques and strategies from Holy Spirit for how to overcome both spiritual and physical obstacles to sex.

Session 10: Spirit Connections

You will receive and practice simple instructions for how to lead each other (husband and wife) through transformational inner healing.

In these two sessions, Barry and Lori get very personal with men and women respectively about their attitudes and sexual experiences in their marriage.  Lori shares an encounter she had with the Lord that was meant to bring encouragement specifically to free wives to enjoy and participate in this holy, sacred act of sex.

Session 13: Making Our Marriage A Priority

In this session, you will go through several activities as a couple that lead you into deeper personal and spiritual connection and help set up your marriage as the priority it should be.

Who Is This eCourse For?

This eCourse is designed for couples who have gone through a Love After Marriage workshop or eCourse or who have read the Love After Marriage book together.  For the maximum benefit, we recommend going through this eCourse with one or two other couples; it is meant to be an interactive encounter with Holy Spirit, you, your spouse and one or two other couples desiring a joyful, God-filled marriage.  Pray and ask the Lord to highlight the other couple(s) to partner with in going through this eCourse.

If you haven't already gone through a Love After Marriage workshop, eCourse or read our book, Love After Marriage, as a couple, we strongly recommend that you participate in one of these before going through Deeper Intimacy.  This will help you learn the tools you will need to work through the issues the Lord brings up.

Q: What are the materials that I will need for the eCourse?

A: We recommend using a journal, as there are some activities and homework which will require you to write down what you are hearing God speak to you.

We also recommend having some soft instrumental music to play during some of the activation exercises. Because the Deeper Intimacy 2018 eCourse is designed to help you hear Holy Spirit regarding yourselves and your marriage, the music will help facilitate listening and screen out distractions. You may choose your own music, or a great option would be the Dreaming In Color album or the Rest of Life album by Justin Byrne (also available in the iTunes Store), which are featured in some of the LAM eCourse teaching videos.

A: The course will contain clear instructions in each for how to navigate through the eCourse either as an individual couple or as a small group.

Q: I’m taking the eCourse along with another couple. Can we print out the PDFs so we each have a copy?

A: Copies of the PDFs for an eCourse you have purchased may be made in order to facilitate a small group of couples going through the eCourse together in your home for as many times as you lead it in your home.  We ask you to honor copyright laws and limit the number of printed copies to those participating in the small group.

Q: Is the eCourse available worldwide?

A: Yes. It’s easy to register and participate from anywhere in the world! All you need is an internet connection.
